Truck and Trailer Service Eeckhout Cardoen has been known as a service point for every truck, semi-trailer and commercial vehicle since 1995. We are looking for an administrative assistant for our Ooigem branch.
WHAT DOES AN AVERAGE WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
- You are the sounding board for our customers. Welcoming both at the counter and on the phone.
- You follow the flow from appointment to invoicing. You inform customers about delivery deadlines.
- Coding of work orders. Invoicing.
- You make quotations, enter orders in the system and inform customers about delivery deadlines.
WHO IS OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE?
- You have at least a first experience in automotive
- You are commercial, enjoy working in a team and also focus on your priorities.
- You are fluent in Dutch and can also express yourself in French.
- You are customer-oriented and always look for the best solution for both parties.
- You have a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- You can work independently and take initiative.
- You think in terms of solutions and suggest improvements to processes where necessary
- You are available on Saturday mornings 8am-12pm (1 week working, 1 week at home - free nm in the week)
