Truck and Trailerservice Eeckhout Cardoen has been known as a service point for every truck, trailer and commercial vehicle since 1995. For our Ooigem branch, we are very urgently looking for an administrative assistant with basic accounting knowledge.
WHAT DOES AN AVERAGE WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
You prepare sales invoices for our renting department.
You will check purchase invoices and enter them in the accounts.
You will help with a variety of administrative tasks.
WHO IS OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE?
You have at least a first experience in administration.
You are punctual and structured.
You have a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
You can work independently and take initiative.
You have a bachelor's degree with a commercial background
